As a doctoral-level organizational psychologist and SHRM-certified HR professional, I bring a rare combination of behavioral science and real-world operations experience to every engagement. I have led operations in healthcare environments, advised on workforce strategy, and worked alongside executive teams navigating transformation, compliance pressure, and growth.
